I am told these fighters can skip through the upper atmosphere and return here to be rearmed or land and be rearmed and shot back into space in less than 5 hours. They have a rather bulky but mobile launch pad and they can be put back into space from almost any airstrip on the planet.

   They plan for 16 more of these ships to be based on the 2 Star Bases under construction and they have 50 ships with their launchers already on the ground at secret locations around the country.
