   I'm told the food is tasty but a little on the bland side.

   There is not that far to go before we can create a machine that can produce simple meals like the machines in our story do with their protein and vegetable bases and flavor packs.  Such a machine could make a difference in the war on hunger.  It is another of our dreams we would like to bring to life on a worldwide scale. - When we wrote this 3D printers did not exist. But, today we can print almost anything including food. Our dream is still there; it is just a lot closer today.
