I'll never understand you humans. You live in a world torn and strangled by greed and the desire for things and power. It never ceases to amaze me that you humans will kill each other over something your father's, father's, father did or said to someone else's father's, father's, father. You kill each other over the color of your skin, and the jealousy for the things others possess. You kill over land and the minerals beneath that land. You kill out of anger, hate, lust, envy, greed, misplaced passion, and the desire to elevate yourselves above others. To kill in the name of God is the greatest of your practiced hypocrisy.
You have not limited your blood lust to your own species. The tragedy of the American Buffalo or the Dodo bird speaks for itself. Even as you bring other species to the brink of destruction, so too do you bring yourselves to stand upon the edge, and it may be that you must destroy the body to free the mind.
Against this backdrop it is easy to forget the millions starving to death. You see only your own pretty little world around you and think everything is fine. How much better your world would be if you would take the advice of one of the prophets who said, "Spend of your substance for your kin, for orphans, for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those who ask, for the ransom of slaves and practice regular charity." Who would go hungry, be without shelter or medical aid if everyone did this? What problems do you have in the world that could not be solved?
If you can stop killing each other. If you could tear down the boarders that separate you from each other, what a world the Earth could be. Humanity would then be free to explore the eternal. You would unleash the creative potential of the individual and there by take the next step in the human stage of your planetary evolution. It is our hope that the Galactic Enterprise will be a step in this direction.
